Troubleshooting and support

My wallet is connected, but I cannot see my Chess balance. Check the wallet address and game site. Reconnect the same wallet and sign the Chess login message. Your on-chain wallet and your game account have separate balances. Newly installed apps and other Arcade games have their own accounts.

The wallet approved my deposit and I still see pending. Open the original transfer in Chess history. Check its signature on a Solana mainnet explorer, looking for the exact mint, sender, destination and a finalized transaction. Give the game a chance to verify the receipt. A wallet approval alone does not credit the ledger.

I stopped halfway through a multi-coin deposit. Look at each group's status and each mint's balance. A completed group remains valid. Resume outstanding work only after you can identify which amounts already finalized.

A withdrawal is reserved after a timeout. Keep the original request. Return with the same wallet and check its status. If delivery is uncertain, the reservation protects against a duplicate payment. Contact support with the ID if the request remains unresolved.

My intended piece already has a creator. Check the full mint and its catalogue entry. A second verified deposit cannot displace the first qualifying depositor. Choose another eligible mint to create a different canonical piece.

I disagree with a move. Use the move number, piece card and squares in match chat. Propose a correction to your opponent. A mutually confirmed correction changes board state. Balance inquiries belong with the operator.

I cannot deposit on this deployment. If the game reports unavailable custody, wait for the operator to finish enabling that Chess vault and network connection. Use the wallet panel to obtain each transfer's destination. Never use another game's vault to fund Chess.

For a transaction issue, send the public transfer ID, mint, public wallet address, transaction signature if known, and approximate time. For a conduct or content report, give the piece mint or match ID and a description. Keep invitation links private while a seat is open. Keep recovery phrases, private keys, session cookies and passwords out of support messages.
