Memecoin Chess Privacy Policy
Build policy version 2026-11-05.4 · November 5, 2026
This policy covers the Chess application on the site displaying it. The Arcade lists 1v1me.me, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as its operator and accepts inquiries at [email protected]. The Chess production operator and hosting address require confirmation before public launch. Send a privacy request
Wallet sign-in
Chess uses your public Solana address to open or create your game account. The game creates a one-use challenge that expires after five minutes and verifies a signature from your wallet. Your wallet keeps its private keys. After authentication, a Chess session cookie identifies signed-in requests for up to seven days or until you sign out. The server stores a hash of the session token with your wallet address and its expiry, and records your account's accepted policy version. Accounts at other Arcade games are separate.
Transfers and accounting
Chess saves requested mints and amounts, wallet and vault addresses, transfer identifiers, status, times and information needed to prepare, verify and recover transactions. This can include transaction data and public signatures. It keeps per-mint balances, access charges, reserved amounts, completed match settlements and receipts in its own database. These records help show what the game owes each account and prevent duplicate credits or withdrawals.
Scanning a wallet queries its public token accounts through the configured Solana RPC service. Reviewing a new table entry also checks finalized holdings of the RNNR mint for eligibility for a fee waiver. For a confirmed seat, Chess stores the accepted amount, waiver status and verification slot when available. On-chain transfers disclose public blockchain data, including the relevant wallets, token accounts, mint, amount, slot, transaction signatures and any instruction or memo included in the transaction. Such records can link game activity to other activity by the same wallet. Anyone with access to the blockchain can inspect its history. The operator cannot erase a finalized Solana record.
The game maintains private signing material for its own vault in the operator's custody environment. It never needs your wallet recovery phrase. Your wallet provider handles wallet connection and transaction approvals under its own terms.
Gameplay and visibility
The game stores match participants, invitations, army choices, frozen rule definitions, moves, chat, challenges, proposed corrections, agreements and outcomes so players can reconnect and finish a match. Chat is visible to the match participants. The operator can access stored records to run the service, investigate reports and recover from failures. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information in match chat.
The public lobby shows open tables, host wallet addresses and chat. Public Clubhouse games include the writer’s wallet, board, rules, move history, ratings and discussion. Private journal games are visible to their owner. The catalogue displays approved artwork and rules. Pending submissions are visible to their author and the developer. The developer can replace a reported image or approve a new movement for future games. Wallet scans look up token mint addresses with DEX Screener for optional names and pictures. The server reads on-chain names and can request content-addressed artwork from an IPFS gateway or Arweave. It also requests indexed images for you.
Service providers and browser data
The game host receives connection information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details when serving requests. The configured Solana RPC provider receives blockchain queries and submitted transactions. An external wallet, explorer, email application or Arcade site receives a visit or request when you choose to use it. Each provider handles its records under its own policies. The Chess application includes no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.
The browser holds the Chess session cookie and may retain the game address, invitation or transfer references as part of normal use. Anyone with access to an unlocked browser may be able to use its active session. Sign out on a shared device. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side balances, game state, support email, backups or blockchain history.
Retention and your requests
The operator uses game records for ongoing matches, identity, custody, duplicate prevention, fault recovery and dispute resolution. No fixed deletion schedule has been established for game records, operational backups or support email. The operator may need to retain financial and security records after a player stops using the game. Hosting, wallet and email providers set their own retention practices.
You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the team. Identify the relevant public wallet or game record and the action you want. The operator may need to verify wallet control before disclosing or changing private account information. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Include only public transaction details in a support message.
