Memecoin Chess Terms of Service

Build policy version 2026-11-05.4 · November 5, 2026

These terms cover the Memecoin Chess application, its wallet accounts, game vault, catalogue, friend matches and documentation. They apply to Chess activity on the site displaying them. Memecoin Arcade identifies its operator as 1v1me.me, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and lists the contact below. The Chess operator and production URL require confirmation before public launch. Using Chess

Read these terms, the Privacy Policy and a match's rules before signing in, creating a piece or committing any tokens. Use Chess only if you can agree to these terms and meet the applicable age and location requirements. Only use funded features where your participation is permitted. A successful wallet signature establishes control of that wallet and does not determine eligibility. Read the Privacy Policy

Keep control of the wallet you use for Chess. A login message opens a Chess session. A separate transaction approval moves funds. Review the site address, asset mint, amount, destination and SOL charges before you sign. Decline an unexpected request and contact the operator about suspected unauthorized access.

Custody and transfers

A verified mainnet deposit places tokens under the Chess operator's custody and credits a game balance for that exact mint. While held in custody, the operator controls the vault key and you hold a balance claim recorded in Chess. The service offers no deposit insurance. Access fees, available balances and reserved stakes are recorded separately. Other Arcade games have their own custody and accounts.

Request withdrawals through the game to the wallet identified in the review. The amount must be available and the transfer must pass network and verification checks. Funds reserved for a match or unfinished withdrawal cannot fund a second withdrawal at the same time. Network fees and token-account creation costs may apply and are separate from game charges.

The service may delay or pause operations to investigate failures, perform maintenance or reconcile the ledger with Solana. Delivery time depends on wallet approval, the network and service availability. A signed transfer with an uncertain result may stay reserved while the operator investigates. Use the saved transfer record before initiating another transfer. Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by editing a game record. Unsupported direct transfers may be unrecoverable.

Fees, stakes and match outcomes

The default fee for a new table is 1,000 RNNR. The host chooses to pay it or split it equally between the seats. A player holding at least 1,000,000 RNNR in their connected wallet at the finalized mainnet check receives a waiver of their assigned share. An RPC outage can prevent verification. The player may retry or explicitly accept the displayed regular fee. Each player reviews and approves their own amount. Entry is debited from the applicable available Chess balances when play starts and remains charged after the game closes. The operator can change prices for future tables. Token quantities have no guaranteed dollar value. Registering a piece permanently commits one base unit of its own token, separate from game entry and stakes.

Stakes are optional and denominated in RNNR. Accept a staked match only when you understand the amount committed by each player and the displayed outcome rules. Pressing the clock after checkmate, an engine-determined draw or a royal capture settles the board result. Players may also agree on a result. Quitting before settlement releases both reservations. A completed settlement takes precedence over a later quit request. A disputed board position requires both players' agreement for a correction. Corrections cannot directly award or remove account funds. Contact the operator about a suspected duplicate or unauthorized debit.

No reward, market price, liquidity, airdrop, governance right or profit is promised. Token values can fall to zero. Technical faults, lost wallet access, operator failure and compromised systems can cause delays or loss. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Piece definitions and conduct

You retain the rights you have in your original submissions. By submitting a piece definition or match content, you permit the operator to store it, display it to its intended audience and keep copies needed to operate and recover the game. A canonical piece identifies its mint in Chess. Its registration does not confer rights in someone else's token, brand or artwork.

Use content you have permission to share. Do not impersonate a token issuer, post deceptive mint addresses, harass another player, publish private material or exploit the ledger. Report abusive content or disputed transactions with enough detail to identify the record. The operator may investigate reports, restrict abusive activity and preserve records needed to resolve disputes.

Availability and questions

Published rule changes can apply to future matches. The definitions agreed for a saved match remain available for interpreting that match. This build depends on its host, Solana, network providers and the player's wallet. The operator may update these terms and their version when behavior or data practices change.
